Default PSA/SGC Ticket Question - Ranged date?

Can PSA (or Beckett) slab complementary tickets with a date range? (or if they did previously, do they still do that?) I have a memory that I've seen generic non-game-specific tickets (like a season pass) that state "Valid for...." some special event.

Here's my issue -
These tickets are valid thru 4/13/1940….which presumably would be good for any game in the first month of the 1940 Japanese Baseball season. But interestingly, this set has the specific March game schedule spelled out over the back of all four tickets. While I bet that any ticket is good for a month worth of games, the back of each individual ticket lists about 4 specific dates.

If I were to take just the ticket with 3/18-3/21 on the back, would Beckett/PSA be able to say it was valid for Victor Starffin’s first victories of the 1940 season - 3/18 & 3/21?
(Game dates that are specifically listed on the back - see translation below).

Related to this question…what if the comp ticket doesn't have this specific info on the back side, and only has a blank back.
So the only info to go by is the front, which in this case says Good thru 6/13/1940. What can be done with this type of ticket?
