1940 Kansas City Blues - Unknown issue?
Anyone know what these are? Can't find a listing for a 1940 KC Blues issue anywhere.

A guy posted them to a facebook group I belong to and he's been collecting KC minor league memorabilia for 25 years and had not seen them before. Maybe a newly discovered issue? Would be pretty big for Rizzuto collectors.

They are neat with a caveat as to what they are
 . What kind of stock are they on? These might very well be a legit issue, which is awesome,but they also look like they could have been cut from something and had the names and team added much after the fact.
