Is this a medium a long stretch of Presidents can be acquired on or were these cards provided by the person who acquired the signatures? I've considered collecting some presidential signatures, but I haven't stumbled upon a constant linear medium I can have uniformity with other than letters which is one of the more costly ways to go.

The White House cards are a medium you can acquire Presidential signatures on.
There are a couple of minor variations in the card but you can acquire a number of Presidents on White House cards. I collect a few Presidents and I have a Teddy Roosevelt White House card in my collection. It is not for sale.

Oh man, that FDR is wonderful. I'm a tour guide at Hyde Park but don't have the money for it.
