There's a lengthy thread about this on the memorabilia side.

I agree with the OP, not too impressed with Heritage. Though they have always been slow, after this auction they were extra extra slow. About 2 weeks after my check cleared I sent an email asking for an update on when my winnings would ship, and didn't even get a response. Took about a month after the auction for them to ship it. On the positive side, it was overnight shipping once it did ship, and the packing was very professional.

One thing Heritage was very quick at, and that was at getting my check deposited once they received it.

Definitely makes me appreciate the other auction houses that are doing it right, and want to support them more. My last winnings at LOTG, Sterling etc shipped immediately.

Agree. My one experience with them was not positive with respect to speed of shipping. I very seriously doubt that I'll ever bid in one of their auctions again.

Next time, don't pay right away. Let them contact you and put your auction win on the top of their list.

Heritage is at the top of the list in terms of depth and quality of cards. In my opinion only REA can rival their major auctions. If one has to wait a little while to get a card, what's the big deal?

The OP didn't know about our name rule that is the top of every page and in our rules, hence his deletion of his statement. To all of our members. I am not sure how it can be more explicit, and say what you want to, but-

IF YOU GIVE AN OPINION OF A COMPANY OR PERSON YOU MUST HAVE YOUR FULL NAME IN YOUR POST.

I'm more concerned with the fact that HA lets the consignors bid on their own items AND sometimes the auction house itself will bid against you!
