Default trimmed

The card looks trimmed....probably the bottom edge. Also wondering about the bidding pattern. The card was auctioned last week and the seller states that the winning bidder renegged?

if paul don't want a high grade e90-1, means there's something wrong with it.

Same seller sold a 54 Bowman Mantle on May 13 raw, ($1127) that buyer left a neg as PSA deemed it trimmed. The seller claimed it was in a 7.5 Beckett holder and PSA messed up. Seller got card back and sells it again (raw) on June 25 for over triple, $3508. This seller has been discussed previously and tough to sympathize with a buyer that doesn't do his homework thinking he made a great score Looks like the seller is "winning"!

Default my thought confirmed, thanks gents...also,

I was the underbidder on over 15 E90-1 auctions he had ended last week...

I was high bidder on almost all until 3 seconds left, then BAM...didn't win 1..

did anyone on this board win any of those e90-1 auctions he had going last week?

I was just looking at this last yesterday when it was still around $200. I assume its trimmed. Have you emailed the seller?

It definitely looks trimmed on the right side, the bottom half. From where his hand is down to the corner.

NOWHERE is his rather glowing, wordy description of the condition does he mention that it is full size. That card is a little thin methinks.

It states 100% authentic. Maybe it should say the 98% there is 100% authentic.

Wait......wait...wait..., you're telling me that eBay seller "battlefield0516" is misrepresenting a card?

This is what he does, and has a couple names on eBay that he sells with. He shills his misrepresented, scanned from afar cards to boot. I believe there have been a couple threads on this seller.

Obviously trimmed; but even with full disclosure, I wouldn't be surprised to see it sell for double the current bid. A tough and popular card.

but its a shame someone went Exacto on it!

would have been more beautiful with rounded corners, like an E90-1 should have!

I emailed the question, "Do you guarantee that this card is untrimmed?" To which she offered this reply:

The card has never been graded. I can guarantee that it is 100% authentic but I can't guarantee what a grading company will do. All of the grading companies are shady and purposely undergrade cards or send back cards as trimmed or altered when they clearly are not in order to maintain their low populations of high grade cards. PSA, Beckett, SGC, etc. have ruined the sports card industry. Humans are too biased to be grading cards. If they had computers doing it that would solve everything. Sorry for the rant about grading companies but we have had way too many run ins with them and their pitiful employees to ever deal with them again.

Thanks,

Carol

She could have substituted "all grading companies are shady" with "I am shady"...... and it would have been more accurate.
