That is Jim Jeffries Thorpe. He played for Portsmouth in 1910. He sucked and so does this postcard.

It is Shoeless Joe Jackson. Or Elvis. Or a martian.

Well, the Cobblers played from 1906 to 1916 and had a number of major leaguers. Looks like a lefty, so the seller can't even say that it was Billy Southworth from the 1912 team. Cool card though
