Default My first T204 Ramly

After nearly 2 years looking, I finally landed my T204 Ramly Mordecai Brown. I honestly have to admit, I didn't think it would've been that hard to find a nice looking example, but I was wrong. I did enjoy the hunt.

It was a great transaction all around with Scott Brockleman. He responded to my emails promptly, and shipped it out without waiting for my check to clear. First class seller all around.

They are gorgeous looking cards, so feel free to post some Ramly's if you have any.

Tony

Default Ramly

Tony--Congrats on a beautiful Three Finger. Well worth the wait.

The four I have posted are interesting for their grades. Street gets a 60 and Manning a 50, although each image has a smudge, yet the borders and filigree are EX. Sebring and Lord have flawless images, but slightly less appealing borders, hence they get a 50, I guess. Ah, the subjectivity of grading.

I hope some of the other 204 collectors post--hint, hint, Bill.

BTW, Ken, I've got some dups I'll trade you for that Burkett. Very nice card!

Cheers, Mike

Default Ramly Walter Johnson

I only have one Ramly but it is the Great Walter Johnson---I feel Ramly's are one of the most Beautiful cards of the early century. Don

Great card, Tony. I collect stars and hall-of-famers, and the Brown, Chance and Johnson have really got me drooling!
