Default 143 years Young!
Happy Birthday to one of baseball's all time heroes!

Just one year after he died, baseball named their annual pitching award after Cy Young.
March 29th is his birthday, for the 143rd time!

Imagine this, he was born just two years after Abraham Lincoln was shot.

He died the year (1955) that Ray Kroc started McDonald's...How is that relevant? Well I don't know, but...

Let's show some Cy Young cards/pictures/stuff.

Thanks David and I love that painting. And everytime I see that E107 Young posted by Brian I get jealous. That is an awesome card. And nice Fan Craze Blair. Happy Birthday Cy and I gotta get some sleep and quit looking at Baseball cards....

Here is my Cy--off last week, along w/ the Bender, to SGC for hopeful crossover to 3's.

What are my chances?

(Bender has touch of paper loss on reverse, Cy has light crease front.)

They say records are meant to be broken, but nobody will EVER touch Cy's career wins total of 511, and nobody will EVER come close to Cy's complete game record of 749. My Cy cards:
