Happy Birthday to one of baseball's all time heroes!
Just one year after he died, baseball named their annual pitching award after Cy Young. March 29th is his birthday, for the 143rd time! Imagine this, he was born just two years after Abraham Lincoln was shot. He died the year (1955) that Ray Kroc started McDonald's...How is that relevant? Well I don't know, but... Let's show some Cy Young cards/pictures/stuff. Here's one of mine : |

Thanks David and I love that painting. And everytime I see that E107 Young posted by Brian I get jealous. That is an awesome card. And nice Fan Craze Blair. Happy Birthday Cy and I gotta get some sleep and quit looking at Baseball cards....

Here is my Cy--off last week, along w/ the Bender, to SGC for hopeful crossover to 3's.

Great cards everyone.....Cy is near the bottom of this one...pictures can't do it justice. It has crystal clear images in person...and the whole photo is before it was framed.....
