Fogo de Chao and Texas de Brazi; they are about 1/2 mile apart from each other. Leon can tell you more about these places than I can |

Fogo de Cao is the absolute best place I have ever been to eat meat....all you can eat gourmet meats and gourmet salad bar. What more can one ask for?.....If you were here longer Micheal we could hook up. I hate to say but I don't think there are any good vintage card shops in this area (that I am aware of). I know John Richardson has a shop in San Antonio....but I really don't know of any others. There might be 1-2 in Houston but not sure. I am not sure I have been to the Palm....a little too "backbone" for me.....regards |

As an addendum, IMO (humble) the Palm is only so so compared to the other great steak joints in town. |

Michael- you live in a city that is home to Peter Luger's, Smith & Wollensky, and countless other great steakhouses. Why go all the way to Dallas for a steak? |

The ubiquitous (sic, Barry -- please correct me if I'm wrong on the spelling) restaurant is Tex-Mex; there are also a ton of good steak places. |

That's interesting, Barry, as many Texans likely picture Brooklyn as having lots of mafiosos hanging out in bars drinking whiskey and shooting each other. |
