is this '49 Leaf Premium ?

This Ruth card closed on ebay today - item # 200078934413 - the seller listed it as 1949 Leaf Premium. I posted an earlier thread on this issue - The reply scans do not look like this card, but similar. The ebay card has no script on the bottom, just a normal white border. Can anyone positively identify this ebay Ruth card? Big thanks, I was high bidder, rolled the dice on this one.
