Is it Possible to Glue a Card Together?

Hi, I recently received a T206 that I have a suspicion that it was in two pieces at one time. It is in one piece now but has a waxy feeling in area where the card appears to have been seperated. It is not flimsy. I will try to get a scan up soon.
