1977 Topps & OPC Sal Bando oddity

Has anybody ever noticed that the 1977 OPC Sal Bando:

Looks very similar to the Topps version:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/26682424757...Bk9SR6zgifD6Yw

One of the versions is a reversed negative. Has this been documented before?
