In 1994, Upper Deck Collector’s choice created an 8 card Home Run All-Stars subset that was available on a mail-in basis by collectors who found a winner’s card in the series 1 product. When the set was eventually mailed to the winner it was accompanied by this congratulations letter that was more often than not discarded.
