In 1994, Upper Deck Collector’s choice created an 8 card Home Run All-Stars subset that was available on a mail-in basis by collectors who found a winner’s card in the series 1 product. When the set was eventually mailed to the winner it was accompanied by this congratulations letter that was more often than not discarded.

This auction is for the pictured congratulations letter for a collector looking to accompany it with the set they already own.
