100) WALLY PIPP Vintage Document dated Jan 23rd 1928. Measures aprox 4 x 3 1/4. Originates from the famous "Conlon/Lieb" Find. Atlantic Lithograph & printing company document Pipp signs giving his permission for the use of his image in the Conlon card set which was eventually not issued until decades later. Comes with an unsigned 8x10 photo of Pipp in Yankees uniform. Played for the 1913 Tigers, 1915-25 Yankees, 1926-28 Reds. He is the first member of the New York Yankees to win a home run title , leading the league in home runs back to back in 1916 & 1917. He is best remembered as the Yankees first baseman who was replaced by Lou Gehrig. Signed with his FULL name a beauty ! Pipp died in 1965. $650.00
101) CLIFF MARKLE 1924 COMPLETE NEW YORK YANKEES PAYROLL CHECK Endorsed on the reverse by Markle , signed on the front by Hall of Fame members JACOB RUPPERT & ED BARROW. Measures 3 1/2 x 9. in pristine condition. Comes with an unsigned 8x10 of Markle for display. Pitcher for the 1915-16 & 1924 Yankees, 1921-22 Reds. He died in 1974. $450.00
102) HARRY NILES 3x5 portion of an envelope postmark dated 12/15/1948. Originates from the Walter Danahy collection. Comes with an unsigned photo of Niles for display. Niles was the batter who broke up Cy Young's bid for a perfect game. He played for the 1906-07 Browns, 1908 Yankees, 1908-1910 Red Sox and 1910 Cleveland Naps. He died in 1953. $450.00
103) ED BARNEY His original Social Security card measures 3 1/4 x 1 3/4. Signed boldly. A fine signature of a tough to find player ! Comes with an unsigned 5x7 photo for display. Played for the 1915 Yankees and the 1915-1916 Pirates. Died-1967. $350.00
104) GABBY STREET & EDD ROUSH vintage autograph album page signed by both in fountain pen. Measures 4x6 Comes with an unsigned 8x10 of Street in Browns uniform for display. Roush is a Hall of Famer best remembered as a member of the 1919 World Champion Reds. Street was rumored to be pitcher Walter Johnson's favorite catcher. He played 1904-31 for the Reds, Senators, Yankees, Cardinals and Beaneaters and later managed the 1929-33 Cardinals and 1938 Browns. He died in 1951. $175.00

Member of the World Champion 1955 Brooklyn Dodgers and later manager of the 1969 Miracle Mets. A possible future Hall of Fame member he died in 1972. $175.00
109) JOE GORDON AUTOGRAPHED 1961 TOPPS #224 Signed nicely in ball point. Good corners nice card , slight abrasion upper left that might have been from a paper clip. Tough signed card to find. Best remembered for his playing career with the Yankees , Was MVP in 1942. Later managed Cleveland and KC. He was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 2009 three decades after his death in 1978. $350.00

Vintage ball point signature on the light portion card itself is in Ex plus to nr mint condition. Won both the "Rookie of the Year Award" and "Gold Glove award" in 1962. Died age 22 in a plane crash in 1964. $350.00

Jones was a pitcher from 1951-1964 for Cleveland, Cardinals, Cubs, Giants, Tigers. He was the first African American to pitch a no-hit game in the major leagues doing so in 1955. He was only 45 years old when he died in 1971. $450.00

Signed and inscribed on the light portion "To Doggy & Cazzy , Best Wishes SAM JONES" Extremely rare autograph to find on an 8x10 photo. This is the first one I have offered in many years.
