Vintage KEIO University, Japan felt pennant..help requested
Found this interesting, older pennant. Stitched felt measuring 18.5 inches long (not counting the 6 inch tassles) and 8 inches wide at the widest part.
Not specifically a sporting or baseball piece...but was hoping to determine the approx age and if there is any value to this. School has a rich baseball tradition - (from Wikipedia) Tokyo Big6 Baseball League is an intercollegiate baseball league that features six prominent universities in the Tokyo area. Before the establishment and subsequent growth of Nippon Professional Baseball, the Big6 League was widely considered the highest level of baseball in Japan. Keio University Established: 1892 All-Time Record: 1075-773-81 League Championships: 32 Last Championship: Spring 2010
