Vintage KEIO University, Japan felt pennant..help requested
 

Found this interesting, older pennant. Stitched felt measuring 18.5 inches long (not counting the 6 inch tassles) and 8 inches wide at the widest part.

Not specifically a sporting or baseball piece...but was hoping to determine the approx age and if there is any value to this.

School has a rich baseball tradition - (from Wikipedia)
