MattIF I understand correctly then, ideally, the "Power Ranking" takes into account the player on the card, as well as the difficulty of the card, which really means that it corresponds to the value of the card, which has those things built in. That being the case, why would you invent a new metric which requires entering manual information for every card in every set - quite an impending task? Why not just use a price guide, or something like VCP which has that already? Plus, it would allow a much more precise "Power Ranking" as opposed to a vague 1 through 10 system.
Bobby Binder should pitch this idea to PSA/SGC (and give me a cut 
)...
