RobertI started this post and glad to see that there has been so much feedback. My point is this I realize that there are special circumstances such as rare backs and error cards and what not. But my opinion is that a common PSA 8 should not be worth more then a HOF PSA 7. It disgusts me that a common is worth more then say a Mathewson card one grade lower. There just is something seriously wrong with tath scenario. As far as population reports are considered there has to be a lot less cards submitted for common players then the hall of fammers so I do not give that stat much leverage. Yes you can get cards at a decent price that are PSA 5 and below but once you try for anything above the prices increase expotentially.
