I won't be submitting anything until bulk/value come back, even then, my submissions will look very different than the past. At $8, the low grade cards that I buy would be encapsulated, that is actually how I stumbled in to most of the sets that I have put together, but now, when the cost of grading exceeds the value of the card, it just doesn't make sense anymore.
$100 per card is simply too much. I am sitting on two long boxes or raw. And this isn't shiny stuff. Think 1960 Topps Sandy Koufax's and 1948 Leaf Honus Wagners. And the way it sounds, even if I AM allowed to sub those again at around $10 per card, then I have to wait to receive an invite to even do so, and then I will probably be limited on the quantity I can submit.
