Yes, it's passion, but he wants to pump up his investments too. In other words, there is a financial motive for these long write-ups. I used to do this too years ago with soccer cards (when nobody gave a crap about them). My buddy David Peck did the same with wrestling cards. Today, look how much both sports are selling for. That's the power story-telling has.
