The Postal Service is really pushing those surveys, but they don't offer a free order of french fries like McDonald's does with their surveys.
The consumer affairs office does track the survey results, and they follow up on negative responses. Surprisingly, there are many customers like you who make an effort to use the surveys in a positive way, rather than to make a complaint about a problem. Thank you for giving good feedback to the employees in your Post Office.
