Today, I went to print a packing slip and eBay has removed the customized template that I have used for 15 years. They now force you to choose a statement from a drop down list. Now the seller is not allowed to include any text of their own.
One other thing they did in the last week. In the past whenever an item was sold, you would receive an email that lists the item sold, what it sold for and the eMail address of the winner. Now, they no longer include the Buyer's eMail address. I have always depended on their eMail address to correspond with my buyers for whatever reason I needed to.
Why do they make it so difficult to run a business? How much more can a Seller take?

Buyer's email addresses are still available (for up to two weeks) from your awaiting shipment screen, just click on the order number under the "order details" header.
You can easily obtain all of your buyer's email addresses from the past 90 days by requesting the "paid and shipped" report via file exchange.
I get the frustration from the extra steps.
