I always look beyond the raw numbers as well (and you may be implying that). If a sell has 15 negs in the past month, but they were all from the same buyer (and maybe the same transaction for multiple cards), I try to understand
why they gave a neg and see if that jives with others or if the buyer was just being a PITA.
