I'm confused. In one post you say they are White Sox style pants and in another you say they are White Sox game used pants. Which are they, because, I'm not sure you have shown the evidence that links them definitely to the White Sox or pro baseball specific game use?
According to the HOF Dressed to the Nines database, which was compiled by Marc Okkonen, the White Sox wore striped pants 1914 -1917, 1919, and 1920. No other pinstriped uniform were used during the rest of the years from 1915 through 1930. Also, there is no mention of the blue-purplish stripe down the leg like in your example. I also don't see it in the picture you posted, but they are a bit far away to tell for sure.
