Congrats on the purchase! I can't help you with the wood + T206 separation, but if you can't find a way to remove the cards yourself and you don't want to keep the lid as is. Perhaps Dick Towle might offer some help. I have never use his services, nor am I even sure if he is still a Net54 member, but if all else fails.

I have soaked some stuff in the past but this will be taking things to the next level. I can't help but imagine some of the scraps are from a Polar Bear Wagner
