The two grade drop was for registry purposes a 9 oc was not necessarily going to get a 7 if you asked for no qualifiers. People mistakingly have stated this for years and it’s flat out incorrect.

Rough cuts are not downgraded on regular topps cards either. This statement is not accurate. You may pass on them but it’s not downgraded by either PSA or sgc. In fact I wouldn’t buy most opc issues...

Of you got the pack from a box I recommend you go buy a few more packs as the collation on Nu card scoops football is awful. I have opened about 8-10 boxes and they all had awful collation. .

I'd prefer to not get a card in plain white envelope. especially if charged for shipping and or card is valued at more than 5-10 dollars. i would never send higher grade as this is just inviting it...

Clearly looks hand cut to me but they are allowed to be thats how they were issued its not like a hand cut 1980 topps card it is like a strip card or other that that is how they were distributed....
