The special is $300 max declared value with 70 business days stated turnaround time, and is only for cards from 1956 to 1979.

In my experience with grading cards like these at PSA, the worst results I get are always with the graders that handle these "vintage specials". YMMV, but about half of my cards come back two full grades low from these graders (hundreds of cards across at least a dozen or so submissions). The regular bulk vintage graders that are grading the $500 max declared value cards have given me slightly better results, though still pretty bad. You have to pay for Express level and higher before you get graders who even have a clue what they're looking at. That doesn't mean it's not worth submitting still, but it's worth keeping expectations in mind when choosing which cards to submit.
