T206 Sweet Cap 649

Does anyone know of a T206 Sweet Caporal 150/649 that managed to survive without being overprinted? I haven't come across any in my research and was curious. Thanks!

There is most likely one out there somewhere as there are many SC cards from other factories with missed overprints.

This thread may help

Some of the more knowledgeable members talking about rare Sweet Caps and "no prints", which is maybe what you are talking about?

Did you actually mean to say a Sweet Caporal 150 card that was not overprinted with the red bar and the Factory 649 line?

If so, I don't recall any, but if there were some they would be impossible to tell because then they would just have the normal Factory 25 or Factory 30 lines (not the expert on T206, so not sure if the Factory 649 was covering over just Factory 25, Factory 30, or cards from both Factory 25 and 30).

Here is a normal SC150 F649 just for a visual. I seem to remember seeing some that had misaligned overprints so that the original printed Factory number is not covered.

Brian (time for T206 experts to chime in and shine brightly)

Sorry yes, I meant one that the factory number wasn't printed over.
