Cartwright Brothers?

Two daguerreotype photos, I believe to be Alexander Cartwright and Alfred Cartwright. I value all opinions, please let me know what you all think.

Wilbur and Orville? Whoops, sorry--I thought you said the Wright Brothers.

Thank You For Your Opinion

I did not say "Wright brothers" but more accurately "Cartwright brothers?". Nor did i make any claims just asking for opinions and I thank you for yours. That being said, in my opinion there is clearly resemblance, at least enough of one where I thought i wouldn't be mocked for asking for other opinions.. but again that is just one mans opinion.

I could not confirm if they are or not the same but I can see the resemblance and it would be very cool if it was a match.

Not sure how to truly get it confirmed and authenticed.

Regardless nice photos

The one he is using is over a year old? Anyone with 2 accounts is probably not going to be on here if I find out.

As for the OP, still at it...

Occasionally, a movie (or TV series) will contain a character so consumed by guilt and self-loathing that they go to a bar (it's almost always a bar) and arrange to make a comment (or series of comments) that (eventually) triggers a violent response from one or more of the other patrons. The character is beaten badly and winds up a bloody, bruised and painful heap in the alley or on the floor. Despite the injuries, we are expected to believe that the character feels better about himself now that he has been properly "punished". The OP strikes me as a virtual version of one of these characters.
