O/T Last game at Nashville's Greer Stadium
 

Last night was the last game (unless the Sounds make the PCL playoffs) at Nashville's Herschel Greer Stadium, built in 1978 (with private funds!).

A new ballpark is being built near the old Sulphur Dell site and should be ready to welcome the Sounds at the beginning of the 2015 season.

One of my all-time thrills was being there with my dad, one of my sons, and one of my grandsons - four generations of the Nipper klan at Greer!
