How many of these cards are out there? I have never seen one for sale whether it be Ebay or a regular auction house. Does on the forum own one and if so how do you come about it. Can anyone give me an idea on exactly how hard it is to find. Is it scarce or is it just another card that everyone keeps in their collection never to sell?

The T210 Jackson is very scarce, and near impossible to find. I don't even want to venture a guess at the price that the next one on the market will sell for. We're talking BIG $$$$$$$$! I have only seen 2 for sale/auction in the past 8 years, and none in the past few years.

The last one I remember coming up for sale was around 1999 during the Halper collection sale. Which I believe you have pictured above. It sold for $10,925 ungraded without the juice from Sotheby’s. Tough card ultra hard to come by. I would say maybe one or two examples every decade or so? I think its safe to assume a decent example today would fetch well over 20-30k. That’s my guess.

You still don't like the "purple people eater" Jackson card from 1909??

WOW - I thought I looked through those Verkman catalogs I get every month or so very well!! Guess I must be getting blind or going senile to have missed three T210 Jacksons! I am going to have to "straighten up"!

Dig your older catalogs out. I have one I can get to immediately but he used to chase this card down regularly. Dan.

I only have the last two Verkman catalogs - I don't keep those back like I do the major auction house examples. PLEASE tell me none of them went for anything cheap - like under $10k!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
