Default Big trouble for the Eagle

Posted By: TBob

In a recent landmark decision, a prosecuting attorney with some guts in Northwest Arkansas filed criminal charges against an eBay seller who was selling counterfeited or fraudulent items and happened to sell one to an Arkansas resident. The result was not just
your usual slap on the hands probation but a penitentiary sentence.
Eagle better PRAY that none of his items wind up being sold to citizens of the "Natural State," and more specifically NW Arkansas. I don't know if he has heard about Cummins Prison Farm in Arkansas, from his "home" in Gallipolis, Ohio, but it is not a very pleasant place to be.

If so, he would have used them already, probably on Arkansas or Georgia.

I would only infiltrate the state with my Volkswagon tooling along looking for vintage cards you may have missed in antique shops.

There are zillions of antique shops here, and I have not seen a single vintage card, although I did see one fake Cracker Jack common and one fake t206 common (asking price $50 each).
