1889 Cuban baseball cabinet photo
1889 cabinet of the Cardenas team who played a portion of the year in the Cuban Pro league and then withdrew never to be heard from again. Photo features a 16 year old Esteban Prats who would go on to star in the Cuban league for twenty years and also play in the minors in the US
Photo has some rough spots and contrast is a bit light- there is some tracing of the players- but this may be the earliest in uniform outside Cuban baseball image ( there was a 1886 image in rea that was an out of uniform studio shot Image is about 7.5x4.25 Asking 400 delivered Last edited by Jason19th; 11-05-2018 at 06:56 PM.
