Default 1966 Artist signed Babe Ruth Print for museum

Just picked up three of these awesome prints. Keeping one inscribed from the Orioles owner to Claire Ruth, for now. This one is SIGNED BY THE ARTIST to a Mr. Phoebus, not sure who he is.

This one is super cool too. a little tape and wear, but would look awesome framed up.

1. The original print was drawn by Peter Boruta in 1966. These were Copyright 1966.
2. They were designed as fund raisers for the proposed Babe Ruth Museum in 1966.
3. The Babe Ruth Museum did not open until 1973, but the idea & funding started in the mid-1960's.

Peter was a very well known artist, famous mainly for paintings and such of Clowns. He also had a serious interest in Babe Ruth, doing these prints, as well as some beautiful paintings.

GREAT STUFF For the Babe Collector

PRINT IS SOLD. THANK YOU
