Default VCP issue

I have about 1,500 graded cards I am tracking in the "My Collection" section of the VCP. I have noticed that the values of those cards have remained unchanged for about four weeks. I find this odd being that - before this issue - the total value of the collection fluctuated daily as numerous cards identical to the ones I own changed hands on ebay, etc. At at least a few cards in the collection sold every day, changing the value.

I reported the issue to VCP administrators about 10 days ago, received a quick response back saying they would look into it, but have been ignored ever since.
Anyone else experiencing this problem or have an idea of what is going on?

Rob,

I apologize for this not being taken care of when you first reported it. The person that takes care of these type of issues is currently on vacation in Europe. I contacted him and he will look into it and get it resolved.

Regards,

Bobby

Default Hawaii.....

Bobby,

I noticed you live in Hawaii. If this is a pre-requisite to joining your staff then count me in!

VCP is invaluable and a terrific site. Thank you!

Peace, Mike

Yes I live on Kauai the past 7+ years. You live in Hawaii? My partner still lives in Cali. Only thing you need is a computer and internet connection.
