Default A Veritable Ton of 1961 Topps High Numbers for Trade

I am really trying to complete my 1961 Topps set and I'm so freakin' close -- needing less than 30 cards to finish it off. Most of what I'm missing are high numbers and HOF'ers, so I'm pulling out all the stops to try to make some trades. The following scans show the wide variety of high numbers in decent shape I have to offer. I even have multiples of quite a few of them. The conditions of these cards vary, but quite a few are in pretty nice shape.

Every high numbered card shown in these scans is available for trade, and I also have a ton of stuff from 1957 through the early 70's--with plenty of stars, HOF'ers and high numbers--if you are looking to pick those up instead.

Bottom line is my first priority is knocking high numbers and HOF'ers off of my 1961 need list, but I would also be amenable to trading single cards or a package deal for some serious HOF'ers from the 50's and 60's through to the early 70's. I need some Mays, Aaron and Clemente cards, as well as other fine players. This could be a great opportunity for someone to knock a bunch of '61 high numbers off their need list in return for a card or two. Opportunities like this do not come around often.

Numbers 523, 523, 523, 525, 525, 527, 527, 529, 529.

Numbers 530, 530, 533, 533, 533, 534, 534, 535, 536.

Numbers 537, 537, 537, 537, 538, 539, 540, 542, 543.

Numbers 546, 546, 549, 550, 550, 550, 552, 552, 552.

Numbers 555, 555, 557, 557, 559, 559, 560, 561, 561.

Numbers 561, 562, 562, 563, 564, 565, 566, 566, 566.

Numbers 568, 569, 572, 573, 575, 576, 584.

PLMK what you have from my need list and what you're looking for in return and let's talk! Maybe we can put a mutually beneficial deal together. I'm not looking to sell anything at the moment, but will consider buying cards at the right price.

I Have These 1961s to Trade (in various conditions):
3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 12, 13, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 23, 24, 26, 27, 29, 31, 32, 33, 35 (Santo RC), 36, 37, 38, 42, 45, 46, 47a, 47b, 48, 50, 51, 54, 56, 57, 58, 59, 60, 61, 62, 64, 68, 69, 71, 72, 73, 75, 76, 77, 78, 79, 81 (rough), 84, 86, 87, 88, 89, 90, 91, 92, 98, 100, 101, 102, 103, 104, 108, 110, 111, 113, 114, 115, 117, 118, 119, 122, 125, 126, 127, 128, 130, 131, 132, 134, 135, 136, 137, 138, 139, 140, 143, 144, 146, 149, 153, 156, 157, 158, 159, 161, 162, 163, 165, 166, 167, 168, 169, 170, 171, 172, 174, 175, 176, 178, 179, 181, 183, 184, 185, 187, 188, 189, 190, 192, 193, 194, 195, 196, 198, 199, 201, 203, 206, 209, 216, 218, 219, 220, 221, 222, 223, 224, 225, 226, 227, 231, 233, 240, 242, 243, 246, 247, 250, 251, 254, 255, 256, 257, 260 (Drysdale), 264, 267, 268, 272, 273, 278, 280, 281, 282, 284, 285, 286, 288, 289, 291, 292, 293, 294, 295, 299, 301, 303, 306, 307, 310, 312, 313, 314, 315, 317, 318, 319, 320, 321, 322, 323, 324, 326, 328, 329, 330 (Colavito), 331, 332, 333, 334, 335, 336, 337, 339, 343, 345, 346, 347, 348, 352, 355, 357, 358, 361, 362 (rough), 363, 365, 367, 369, 370, 372, 374, 377, 379, 381, 383, 388 (Clemente), 389, 390, 392, 393, 395, 397, 398, 404, 405 (Gehrig), 406 (Mantle), 407, 408 (Mathewson) SP, 411, 414, 416, 418, 420, 422, 428 SP, 432, 433, 434, 436 SP, 437, 438, 441, 449, 450, 452, 462, 463, 467, 468, 469, 471 (Rizzuto MVP), 473, 477 (Fox MVP), 478 (Maris MVP), 479, 480 (Campanella MVP), 481 (Sauer MVP), 483 (Newcombe MVP), 486 (Groat MVP), 487, 488, 492, 494, 496, 497, 500, 501, 502, 503, 504, 505, 506, 508, 509, 513, 514, 517 (McCovey), 518, 521, 522, 523, 525, 527, 529, 530, 533, 534, 535, 536, 537, 538, 539, 540, 542, 543, 546, 549, 550, 552, 555, 557, 559, 560, 561, 562, 563, 564, 565, 566 (Richards AS), 568 (Skowron AS), 569 (Herrera AS), 572 (B. Robinson AS), 573 (Boyer AS), 575 (Banks AS), 576 (Maris AS), 584 (Perry AS)
I also have these highs in rough shape with creases, rounded corners, etc.: 523, 534, 540, 548, 548, 549, 550, 550, 551, 552, 557, 558, 558, 560, 561, 562, 566, 581, 582 & 583. (I featured them in a separate thread yesterday, so you can see the scans there.)

I Need These 1961's (exmt. shape):
2 (Maris), 49 (NL Strikeout Leaders), 160 (Ford), 265 (Kubek), 287 (Yastrzemski), 344 (Koufax), 400 (Law), 415 (Aaron), 417 (Marichal), 425 (Berra), 430 (Mazeroski), 449 (Bolin), 461 (Burgess), 464 (Thomas), 465 (McMillan), 472 (Berra MVP), 477 (Fox MVP), 484 (Aaron MVP), 489 (Dropo), 528 (Ramos), 531 (Coates), 544 (Thomas), 549 (Smith), 577 (Aaron AS), 578 (Mantle AS), 579 (Mays AS), 580 (Kaline AS), 586 (Ford AS)

Also...some of the high numbers in my set (Mazeroski, Wilhelm and Friend immediately come to mind) have nice corners but are way off center, so if you have any highs that are decently centered and in nice shape but aren't on my need list, I may want to trade for them as upgrades. Keep that in mind, too.

I also have a wide variety of HOFers from the 50's through the 70's, if you would prefer to trade for those instead--Mays, Mantle, Aaron, Ford, Clemente, Robinson, Kaline, Ryan, Koufax, etc. If you're looking for high numbers/tough series from other years, I have a ton in all sorts of shape!! Many from 1957, 1962, 1963, 1964, 1965, 1966, 1967, 1971 and most of the 1972 set--many in really nice shape. Plus I have stars, variations/errors, Teams, LL's and other things to trade. Check out my bucket!

If you don't have anything from my list...I will consider trading for other things I don't need--especially if I have multiples of a particular card to trade--but you have to offer things that I could easily use as trade bait with other people for me to part with any high numbers. They are incredibly tough to come by.

I am particularly interested in these:
• HOF'ers and high numbers in nice shape from the 50's and 60's
• Willie Mays, Hank Aaron, Roberto Clemente & Mickey Mantle cards
• 1958 Topps HOF'ers
• Errors and variations from the 50's through the early 70's
• 1972 Topps FB high numbers (need these in exmt+ shape: 271 Warfield AP, 277 Eller AP, 280 Lilly AP, 304 Dale, 308 Morrall, 312 Marsalis, 336 Marshall, 341 Butkus)
• 1972-73 OPC Hockey starter set
• 1972 Topps BB (upgrading my 2 sets and looking for nr. mt. centered 'in-action' cards, a few stars and a bunch of others)
• 1962 Topps BB (haven't put a comprehensive need list together yet, but want to upgrade my set and could use sharp, decently centered cards as well as a few 'green tints')
• 1963 Fleer BB (need about 20 or so, including some HOF'ers, in exmt or better shape and have many to trade)
• 1964 Topps (just started upgrading this set, so could use many of the stars in exmt or better shape)
• 1964 Topps Stand-Ups (need virtually any in nice shape)
• 1954 Bowman BB (looking for a starter set in ex+ shape)
• 1954 Red Heart BB (need virtually any in nice shape)
• Plus, I'm forever looking to upgrade many other cards from my 1957-1972 sets, so if you have sharp-cornered, centered cards in nice shape, I may be able to use some of them.

Spelling "Yastrzemski" correctly without needing to look it up since the 1980s.

Whoops. As someone pointed out, I forgot to include the Maris A.S. in the scans. Kind of an important card to omit. Scans now updated.

Default trade proposal

I have a 1959T Hall of Famer Harmon Killebrew #515 card in exc shape. I looked@your 1961 dupes list and wondered if you'd be willing to trade your #'s388 (clemente) and #389 (ralph terry) for him provided your cards are in similar shape.

ttt.
Would definitely be interested in trading some of these guys for nice cards of Aaron, Clemente, Mays, etc., from the 60's, too.
