agreed. it's pretty effed up that a mint card with a pin hole gets a 1 but a babe with a huge hole gets special treatment

The reason that card received special treatment was because the punch hole was how the manufacturer returned the cards after a redemption. This is why the flip clearly states CANCELLED.

The hole not being considered a typical holed card is kinda like a zeenut that had the ticket cutoff back in the day not being called "trimmed"

On PSA's Pop Report, this set has the following statistics:
50 total graded (all cards): 1 x PSA 8, 2 x PSA 7, 1 x 6, 6 x 5, 2 x 4.5, 4 x 4, 4x 3, 3 x 2, and the remainder between Auth and 1.5 MK.
There are only 6 Ruth's graded: the cancelled 1.5, an Authentic, a 2, 3, 5, and 7. The last five may be unredeemed or graded prior to listing that as a variation.

Looks like it's pretty rare.

I wonder how much the punched hole would go for if PSA got their hands on it
