Default Opinions on this 1915 CJ Bender?

I was an underbidder on this card and am now being presented with a second chance offer. Upon closer inspection of this card (which I should have done the first time), this card appears to me to possibly be a reprint in a cracked open slab. The sellers feedback is also questionable and he doesn't appear to typically deal with cards. I am staying away from the offer, but just wanted to see if anyone else agrees with me? Thanks in advance.

Card looks 100 percent solid to me. Definitely not a reprint.

Read the post under the heading ebay e121 Ruth....2nd chance Beware..

This " 2nd chance thing " seems to be happening frequently.

Thanks for the heads up on the previous posts on second chance offers. My offer was from the same email address mentioned in the e121 Ruth thread.
