Default B&L Wins

I picked up the T204 of Bobby Wallace. I got kinda drunk @ my local Octoberfest and lost track of a couple of cards I wanted.

Funny, it's usually the opposite for me... I'll wake up with a hangover and an invoice for some cards I don't collect.

Last night was also the first time I've consigned to an AH. I'm blown away by the result, seriously, thank you Scott and Leon! I probably would have listed those cards on the BST for half of what I got last night.

Default Caramelo's

I won the lot of Caramelo's but I couldn't pull the trigger on the T215's. I was the high bidder on the Caramelo's when I went to bed but I didn't expect my bid to hold up until the end.

Greg that's a really cool piece. You've bought a ton of excellent pieces this past week!

I added 10 4th series T210s. I was underbidder on another 9-10. Also picked up an E97 B&W "proof"" Heinchman for a great price and a couple of Crofts Cocoa backs for no particular reason :-)
Scans are on the Pick Up page.
Thanks again Scott & Leon for a good auction.

Congrats, Pete! I thought the Tip Tops were a good deal across the board and there were other items in the auction that I would have pushed past what was the final hammer. I'm going to have to register before the next auction.

Default Congrats

I didn't bid heavily this auction and came away empty-handed.
But my eye was on one gem...the Sweetman Paul Waner which jumped to a nice price for the consignor while still probably a nice price for the buyer, considering how seldom those pop up. Congrats on whoever landed that card which I was in on for awhile. Another great auction but I snoozed...

Default Lone bidder

I was the lone bidder on the 21 card lot 80s and 90s crap. Won it for $55 and about $70 after premium, etc. Not a normal pickup for me, but I was able to use 10 of the cards for the HOF and Future HOF collections for $3.35 a card, so you can't beat that considering they were all PSA 9s and 10s. The rest will be sold off.
