Default If not slabbed, then what?

Regarding cards in the 50s-70s range...I've read that some collectors won't even bother getting their personal collection graded. So if it's not in a slab, what type of holder do you use? Top loaders? semi-rigid? Binders?

I use 1" screwdowns for anything over $500 and in good condition and 1/2" screwdowns for anything that is over $200 and in really good condition. I use regular screwdowns for anything that is between $50-$199 in good condition or any cards that have a BV over $200, but are not in as great a condition. I use top loaders for anything over $20 and any other stars that are not in the best shape. Anything under $20 goes into a penny sleeve and into a 2-row or 3-row box.

I like to top load everything . Find it easy to shuffle through the cards that way. valuable or common cards I like it lands in a top loader. Just realized I have about 1/4 of my collection is invested in plastic holders! Time to buy more cards! Brett
