Default Faded writing lower left quadrant

Can you tilt it into a strong light and wobble it around and squint at the faded printing/writing down there ? It looks older than 1936 --- compare the size again , it may be just a wee bit different ---- Tim and Bob will chime in when they've had their coffee.........please keep us in the loop , we ( Bruce and I ) love a good mystery.

Circa 1912-1917? Red Faber or around when he played?

Maybe Byrd Lynn? I don't think it looks like Faber. Look at the ears of these two comparing photos. Original on left, Red in the middle, Byrd Lynn on the right
