Up for sale tonight is an extremely rare 1915 Pittsburgh Post Baseball Schedule Supplement, including team composites of both the National League's Pittsburgh Pirates & the Federal League's Pittsburgh Federals. The Pirates composite includes 4 Hall of Famers, Honus Wagner, Max Carey, Fred Clarke and maybe best of all Dazzy Vance, who played a total of 1 Major League Baseball game for the Pittsburgh Pirates in 1915. It is absolutely amazing that a collectible exists picturing Vance in a Pirates uniform!
This beauty has been authenticated and encapsulated by Beckett Grading Services, the industry leader in third-party grading. Please review enlarged scans of the front and back of the piece for condition details. Approximate measurements are 6 1/2" X 9" when open-faced and the back displays prominent sportswriters of the time including HOF Journalist, Damon Runyon. Both Pittsburgh team schedules are present inside the handout but cannot be seen while the piece is encapsulated (sorry I don't have scans of the team schedule pages but they are definitely intact).
