Default How do you submit 1969T Basketball

I'm looking for a source for semi rigid or some other method of submission sleeves for 1969-70 Topps Basketball. I ordered some penny sleeves but they are too narrow for the cards. I ordered some Ultra-Pro tall sleeves but the regular ones showed up. I can't seem to get the right thing.

I'm almost tempted to send them all in with a big rubber band around them

Let me know what you guys have done. I've got the full set and am toying with the idea of sending them all in.
