Default WTB Hugh Bedient Items

OK - probably not a lot out there, but if you have any, I am interested in items featuring the pride of Falconer, NY, Hugh Bedient (Red Sox - 1912-1914, Buffalo (Federal League) 1915, and Toledo (AA) 1916-1917, 1921-1923). Forget the J=K card - out of my league and is prominent on another member's most wanted list! I have a few postcards and photos, and a Cravat's pennant. I think he was on the cover of a magazine that I saw in a lot on eBay, but was badly outbid. Even if you are not interested in selling, I would be interested in seeing any that some of you might have. Thanks!

Default Bedient

Not the best pic... From the 1912 Boston Red Sox Tattoo series. He is also on the T200 Fatima BoSox

Thanks for posting the stamp image. I had seen him listed in this set, and have seen pictures of others from the set, but not the Bedient. I hope the artist didn't spend a lot of time on those illustrations!

I don't have the Fatima Red Sox card yet, but will pick it up at some point - just waiting for the right combination of affordability and condition I can live with.

Thanks again!

Always interested in any Hugh Bedient items you might run across. I think he was on the cover of Baseball Magazine in late 1912 or early 1913 - that would be really nice to find.

Been a while since I bumped this up - maybe somebody has a nice photo or 1912 Red Sox item with Hugh in it that they are looking to move?

Recently picked up some nice scrap book photos of Hugh as a result of this post, so doing my every 2 year bump to let folks know I am still looking for any interesting Bedient items you might have.

Happy new year to you all!

Happy collecting!

Another two year bump! Not many pickups of Hugh in the past couple years, but I did get a nice signed 3x5 off the 'bay with a postal stamp in the 50s from our shared hometown!

Anybody have anything related to Hugh - I would be happy to see it!

Happy new year to all and happy collecting!

Marty
