Default 1968 test 3-d and Atlantic oil PANEL questions

Hello all,

I have 2 questions today.

1) Has anyone seen or owned (own) any 1968 Atlantic oil 2 player panels? Players? Scans? Opinions on how many are out there?

2) What is your opinion of the breakdown of blank back 1968 Topps 3-d's vs printed backs (any color).

Bob? Larry? Dave? Anybody else?

Please post or e-mail me with your thoughts/input

hcv123@att.net

Thanks.

-Howard

50/50 blank/printed (both colors)
60/40? 70/30?

Any input on the Atlantic oil panels? Do you own any? Thanks.

Here is a scan of a 68 Atlantic Oil single card. I'm not sure how exaclty they were distributed though.

Here is a 67 Ashland Oil card as well.

Default 68 3ds

my guess would be
80 blank
17 red
3 black
they had that "big" find in texas of cards from packs and they were all blank backed
all the uncut sheets are blank backed
i dont think the stamped ones were sold in packs

I'm here, been a very busy couple of weeks with the family but the end is in sight!

I do not know how many of each 3-D back exists in the wild. If I have the time I will dig out KO's article on the 3-D's or if someone else has it, I believe he goes through the scarcity levels.

I have no clue at all about the Atlantic Oil cards.
