Thanks for the link.

Before moving across town to Allston., In 1919, Goudey opened a small gum factory at 113 Broad St down on the waterfront in a brick mercantile that's unchanged. Just two blocks south of Faneuil Hall and there many pubs in that neighborhood.

Good info Steve - I grabbed a beer at that very brick building a few years back...across the street Red Sox owner John Henry docks his yacht if I'm not mistaken. It's actually more like a floating complex - pretty insane.
