It's weird that in almost all past Forbes articles about cards there was always some mention of PWCC - None in this one.

So much passive voice. With how little names are mentioned, I guess the fraud is being perpetrated by Voldemort.

Poorly written article. Writer has no problem mentioning PWCC in positive spin stories. Does a disservice to the readers by not mentioning Blowout or Net54 so if interested, the reader cannot easily find information.

a large media group needs to do a major story on this to get this to the front.

Gary Moser was trimming cards back in 1993 when i was doing shows at the meadowlands, gloria rothstein. I am sure he was doing it way before 93 also. Him and his partner, Dave Forman. were buying any collections they could get their hands on, They would also roam the room and cherry pick the dealers showcases, mostly cards with minor defects. Meanwhile their showcases had some of the finest vintage cards you ever wanted to see. lol...This guy moser has been laughing at the buyers for at least 26 years that i know of. Oh and he came across as the biggest douche you ever wanted to meet, both of them...

This industry is full of unscrupulous activity and like you said you have known for years....the funny part is .......most guys hardcore know this and have known this..... cards still go up up and away In value....
I think this market has been fake since 2015 .........haven’t believed
The auction numbers especially not vault on the lake......on top of all the Card doctoring Fraud......many Auctions are Shill paradises which in turn floods the market with manipulation. Most don’t care because they’re profiting from cards buying and selling more then collecting...cycle confines and only gets strong everyone is looking to profit and make money nothing to see here everyone is quiet meanwhile guys are laughing all the way to the Bank.

Newport Beach can’t Really be this bad at their Job can they ? ....am I the only one who thinks maybe there could be someone on the inside over their connected doing bad things grading all these bad cards....I sure hope and pray not the case but leaves me to wonder...
When the lightbulb finally goes off it’s gonna come down
It till then as long as the majority is profiting...meaning more sellers of cards then buyers nothing will happen
To many people gain from a strong market that tide maybe turning a complete 180 soon
