Old Tigers Jersey
Can anyone determine if this Tigers jersey is major league, minor league or anything else? It has Goldsmith & John Spinney tags in the collar. Looks like the sleeves were cuffed.

According to Marc Okkonen's research, the Tigers never had blue piping on the front of their jerseys at the same time as having both the olde English D and pinstripes. I can't vouch for the accuracy of his book, but if his research is correct, then it likely isn't a Major League jersey.

Tigers Jersey
Don't think this is a Detroit Tigers uni, but neat item and good story. John Spinney was a local Cincinnati Sporting Good dealer who actually set up a minor league around 1910 in what was called the Ohio State League. They had teams in Portsmoth, Huntington, Parkersberg, Ironton, and few other cities. Your uniform may have some assocation with that league or later effort..
